Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout:
- Flat shipping for orders under $100
- Free shipping for orders over $100
- Standard shipping
- Express shipping
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm MT Monday - Friday are usually processed that same day; after 2pm they will be processed the next business day.
While we aim to ship items the same day they are processed, delays may occur and timeframes are estimates. If you have questions about your order’s status you can contact us at AlpineXC@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
